Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
MLCostIntel is sold as a subscription. This policy explains how to cancel and how refunds are handled, for both AWS Marketplace subscriptions and direct subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
2. AWS Marketplace subscriptions
- Billing is handled by AWS. Charges for Marketplace subscriptions appear on your AWS bill and are governed by your subscription terms and the AWS Marketplace contract.
- Cancel anytime from the AWS Marketplace → Manage Subscriptions console. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
- Access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- No prorated refunds are issued for partial subscription periods, and prepaid annual terms are non-refundable, except where required by law or in the case of a confirmed billing error (see Section 4).
3. Direct subscriptions
- Manage or cancel your plan from the in-app billing portal at any time.
- Access continues through the end of the current billing period; we do not issue prorated refunds for partial periods.
- Prepaid annual plans are non-refundable after the term begins.
- The Free tier incurs no charges and requires no cancellation.
4. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), contact us within 30 days at support@mlcostintel.com. Confirmed billing errors are refunded in full.
5. Your data after cancellation
After cancellation, your data is preserved for 30 days so you can export it or resubscribe, then permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy. You can also request immediate deletion at any time.
